Matt is the managing director of Cube and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company. His passion is developing innovative ideas and building them through to reality. He is focussed on Cube delivering quality service to its many clients and has built a team of professionals that share his vision and values.
Mike is a skilled CEO with 30+years’ experience in consultancy, business development and project management. Mike is the lead business advisor at CUBE, specialising in implementing systems, process and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, industry regulations and operational KPIs. Mike brings a wealth of high level Project Management experience to the team and is a qualified and active Trainer/Facilitator.
Elyse has many years administrative experience in the insurance sector and has been involved continually in the insurance repair and rebuild programme since its inception. She is an expert at monitoring and reporting on project progress, programme planning and compliance. Elyse is the main client liaison for all things contractual.
Jack is an experienced site manager who is successfully combining study towards the Diploma of Construction Management whilst maintaining a full-time project management role. He is a qualified brick & block layer, has the ability to relate well to all personnel on site and has a sharp eye for detail and quality assurance. Jack is the recipient of the Site Safe 2017 Certificate in Construction Site Safety Award.
Allan is an LBP (Carpentry) with wide experience in new and architectural home building, renovation and alteration works. Allan has combined his construction and project management roles and is a valuable resource to the team for any construction related issue. Allan has project managed a wide variety of jobs and is well informed in the unique challenges of insurer led projects.
Karen has spent many years working in both accounts receivables and payables in medium to large firms, and has widespread administrative experience. Karen is the main contact point for all financial and payroll matters.
Hazel has recently transitioned to Cube from IAG as an Earthquake Claims Specialist. Hazel has a wealth of administrative and accounting experience within the Insurance, Shipping & Logistics, Road Transport and Legal sectors. Hazel heralds from Scotland and immigrated to New Zealand 1999.
Jack is Cubes Operations Manager. An LBP with many years construction and Project Management experience, Jack leads the day to day Cube operations.
Caleb is an experienced LBP Project Manager with a wide range of experience in the building industry. With an interest in Agile Project Management, Caleb manages a range of construction and construction consultancy projects within Cube.
Jess comes from a background in graphic design before transitioning to the construction industry. Jess has solid computer skills with the full Microsoft suite including indesign and illustrator, XERO and accounting software. Jess’s speciality is project administration of our EQ Assessment projects.
Janice is an experienced project administrator who provides a wide range of project support to both the Christchurch and Marlborough teams.
